In our increasingly diverse society, not all of your customers
or potential customers speak English. MERLIN Messaging offers a
bilingual option. In addition to instructions in U.S. English, your
MERLIN Messaging system permits callers to hear instructions in
an alternate language, either French-Canadian, Latin American Spanish
or Brazilian Portuguese.
